Orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage, with the option to upgrade to DHL Express courier. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA, i.e USA, Canada, Australia are always shipped via Express Courier, as are all framed orders.

We ship your orders in either an envelope or tube

Our Print to order fullfilment company is a 100% carbon neutral company, they have ensured that their packaging is as environmental friendly as possible. The packaging used in your orders is either recyclable or biodegradable. This includes stickers, tape as well as the frame edge protectors used.

RETURNS

Damaged Items & Significant Delays

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this, please contact us at ldmartstudio@gmail.com

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • There is a significant shipping delay. (Delays considered normal, or delays due to customs clearance, will not be refunded. What constitutes a significant delay is at our discretion.)

In the case of damage, we may request photographic proof. Refunds must be processed within 14 days.

Refunds for reasons other than damage or significant delays are at our discretion and must be within 14 days of purchase.
